All payments made toward this pilgrimage are non-refundable and non-transferable, without exception. This includes cancellations due to illness, changes in personal circumstances, travel disruptions, or any other reason.

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, and force majeure events. It is your responsibility to ensure you are protected in case of the unexpected.
