• No refunds are provided.

• Rescheduling options are provided if Silvana Perelli is notified within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you do not show up for the Reading or reschedule within 24 hours no refund will be provided. 

• If you are late to your appointment you forfeit that time and we will get through as much of your Reading as we can in the scheduled time.

• It is critical that you provide a correct birth time to ensure an accurate Reading. The best place to check for your birth time is on your birth certificate.  If we arrive at the session and you realize you have provided an incorrect birth time, you will need to purchase another reading as I will have prepared for the birth time provided.
